Online Class Schedule (All classes are MST)
Monday-Friday 8:30am & 11am
Saturdays - 10am
All weekly and Saturday classes are 60-minute full-body workouts that include a fully balanced 30 minute standing portion followed by an additional 30 minutes of extra stretching and toning using a combination of standing, floor, and/or "barre" chair.
