Monday-Friday 8:30am & 11am Saturdays - 10am All weekly classes are 30-minute full-body standing workouts. Instructors often add extra floor or barre/chair stretching and toning at the end of the standing workout for anyone who wants to stay for a longer workout. Saturday classes are 60-minute standing, floor, and/or barre/chair. The teaching schedule and class links are emailed to registered clients every Friday.
