Set-up for Success
Every body is unique. To get the best out of your workouts, follow along at your own pace and listen to your body! Most of our workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, however, some are made specifically for those suffering from pain and stiffness and/or have low mobility. Before beginning any new fitness program, it’s important to get your doctor’s approval.
No matter your fitness level, when joining a class for the first time we want to make sure you get the most out of the experience. If you are joining for the first time, please complete the form below. This will help us prepare for your participation. In most cases we ask that you arrive about 10 min. before class begins for some individual instructions. Based on your answers below, we may want to schedule a call with you to discuss your goals and needs in further detail.
